SUMMARY:A pretty nice (and free) editor with support for XML files.
There are a wide variety of tools available for editing XML files. This editor is free, written in Java (so it should run on all platforms), and has some pretty nice features for editing XML (as well as other types of files). I may stick with emacs, but I'm keeping this one in mind.
