This tool provides a simple baker's bread dough calculator. General usage:
- Enter your forumla (recipe) in the last column where values are percentages of the total flour weight (Flour should be set to 100).
- Enter the total mass or weight you would like the dough to end up being.
- The mass and weight columns will automatically update.
- Adjustments to any values will result in a re-caculation of all values.
NOTE: This calculator is fairly easy to recreate as an Excel spread sheet.
